Carolyne Okech.
The person who does everything in life with all her heart and gives her best even when the odds seems not in her favor. Caro believes in the spirit of never giving up once you start an initiative. She is a graduate of Masinde Muliro University Of Science and Technology and a very disciplined employee. She is very proud of her entrepreneurial skills. As a former entrepreneur, she started her own Barbershop and managed it while pursuing other careers in life, no matter hard this was Caro never wavered from her focus and with sheer determination she came out a winner and very successful manager, so many hours invested and hard work in the startups she helped nurture would ultimately give birth to this amazing person she is today. Even with other commitments Caro is a successful multitasker. Caro performs at very high levels as shown in her other current roles at Aquarech. As a sales and marketing specialist she stars in making sales, planning, managing social media, addressing clients, building and maintaining strong relations with customers, developing promotional materials and conducting very successful market researches.

Technology Director,
Jimmy Okech.
A believer in technology that has the ability to create connections and stronger collaborations. Technology is a major contributor to business development. With over 15 years experience in the IT industry, Jimmy has worked on sevevral IT projects creating a healthy work environment and empowering the people that rely on it, a lead developer and also a very active member of the organization with the goal of helping young women who want to be entrepreneurs and have a desire to propser in life. Creating meaningful connections is a passion for Jimmy, it adds create the glue to the young entrepreneurs, to empower the women, to create opportunities that create jobs or employment that helps our communities. Jimmy takes pride in creating connections and provide means to communicate or organize. With a strong background it IT application development and project management, Jimmy hopes to help initiate and implement several projects that would help provide jobs and great opportunities among the people it serves around Lake Victoria. As a graduate of Boston University with a Master Degree in Computer Information Systems, Jimmy spends a great deal of time cultivating ides and trying to make them into action items. Having grown up in rural side in Kenya, a child of a farmer, discipline is something that was instilled on Jimmy from a very young age and he believes that hard work pays, it is important for everyone to remember that if we do our best you will get something out of it. He hopes to work with a team of young women entrepreneurs along Lake Victoria. ​Jimmy's time is best spent on the lake, enjoying fried fish, straight from the lake. Born in Kenya, lived through tough times but the one thing that never wavered in Jimmy's life was the community strength and support from the parents and grand parents, the grand mothers who were the backbone of our communities and mothers who worked tirelessly to make sure we had food ready, clean clothes, walked us to school, sang songs, it's a wonderful experience that helped mold Jimmy to be the strong person he is today. ​There is nothing he loves more than to be part of an organization determined to give back to the very people who helped mold him to be the adult he is today. The woman in Kenya needs empowerment, Jimmy believes that when the woman in the community is happy the community lives happily.​

Operations and Tourism Director,
Evans Siguru.​
A steadfast, committed and passionate leader, best known to deploy creative proposals to overcome challenges and advance organizational measures. As a leader Evans is always looking for ways to motivate and practices enthusiasm in every job he has held. Evans is a strong mentor and coach, who instills ownership to engage successful performance driven teams. Evans success is attributed to his ability as an active and attentive listener who readily uncovers customers need to offer viable and enticing product solutions. During his work as a Deputy Managing Director at Jos Hansen East Africa - Wine Sales Representative, Evans was responsible for all the Companies accounts both existing and upcoming, ensuring all the customers were served properly and in the correct time. During this period, he travelled to all the major towns that the company was supplying, a service that required ultimate multitasking skills. As a student of Kenya College of Accountancy University, Evans knew very early the meaning of being attentive to customers problems and offering solutions immediately, advising customers on which range of products would suite their outlets. A role which he still brings every day to all the work that he does at ZuDelia Global LTD.
